To ensure you receive all our email announcements, add our email address to your address book or trusted senders list. Some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) use SPAM filters which potentially could prevent you from getting all your email. Adding us to your address book or trusted senders list can help to be sure our email announcements make their way to your email inbox.

Choose your ISP below and follow the directions
If the ISP you use to receive your emails through is not listed above, you will need to designate us as a trusted sender. This is typically accomplished by adding our From address (i.e. WestburyMembership@ixs1.net) to your address book, contact list or safe list. Check with your ISP if you have questions.
AOL Users
1. Click on Contacts in the left hand side of your browser.
2. Click on New Contacts under New in your contact list.
3. Fill out any additional information (although none is required), and click Save.

Comcast Users
1. Click on the Save Address link at the top of this message (it's next to From Address).
2. For the fields titled First and Last Name, please enter WestburyMembership@ixs1.net
3. Then click Save Entry and you're all done.

Gmail Users
1. Click Contacts along the left side of any page.
2. Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
3. Enter your contact's information in the appropriate fields. Click Save to add your contact.
You can enter additional contact info by clicking More Information or by clicking the add link next to the appropriate field. Enter your contact's information in the appropriate fields and click Save.
Email addresses are automatically added to your Contacts list each time you use the Reply, Reply to all, or Forward functions to send messages to addresses not previously stored in your Contacts list. Also, each time you unmark a message as SPAM, your Contacts list is automatically updated so that future messages from that sender are received in your inbox.

Hotmail Users
1. In the left pane, click CONTACTS.
2. Click NEW.
3. Enter the details of your new contact, and then click SAVE.

Yahoo! Mail Users
1. Click on the Add to Address Book link at the top of your browser (next to the From Address).
2. Once the Add to Address Book page opens, enter any additional fields (not required), then click Add to Address Book.
3. You will then see a confirmation message at the top of your screen indicating that the sender has been placed in your Address Book.
NOTE: If you have enabled Image Blocking, you will need to take these additional steps to ensure that images appear within your email messages. Otherwise, Yahoo! will block all images including those in messages from your Trusted Senders.
4. Click on Mail Options in the upper right corner of your browser to access the Options page.
5. Click on General Preferences under the Personalization heading.
6. Go to the Security section and UNCHECK the box marked Block HTML Graphics in email messages from being downloaded.
7. Then click Save at either the top or bottom of your browser.
